Nokia’s Push email service threatened in India?

On the back of the Indian government (and a few others), threatening to ban RIM’s Blackberry email service on the grounds that the emails could not be adequately screened, the Indian government is leveling a similar accusation at Nokia. While it’s easy to understand the Indian governments concern with protecting the populace but the level of intrusion of privacy is something I’m certain a great many people are not fond of.
