Download Ovi Store V2.12 Directly

@msullx tweeted us that you can now download Ovi Store V2.12 (2.12.45) if you haven’t been able to see the update. (Latest version Ovi Suite shows me is V2.12.42)

Just download the above .sisx file from your PC or your S^3 phone and install. Confirm all prompts. When installing CHOOSE C:Drive. We would normally tell you to avoid this, but being one of the core apps, it needs to be there (and that’s where Nokia says to put it).

You may also apparently need additional middleware components. This means you may need to download over WiFi as it can be larger than 10mb. If you’ve got a good mobile connection and good bandwidth allowance, you’ll be fine to download directly from the phone.
