Apple Falls Behind Microsoft, Sony and Samsung in New Consumer Experience Survey

Mac Rumours reports that in a recent consumer Survey, Apple has fallen behind the likes of Microsoft, Samsung and Sony. Amazon stays consistently on top, achieving an ‘excellent’ rating.
Forrester Research used 7,500 participants who were questioned on retail and customer support experiences.
At the top with 91, Amazon. This is followed by Sony at 83, with Microsoft and Samsung at 82. Apple was at 81.
Windows Phone 8? Windows 8.1? Xbox? Let’s hope the strong upward trend continues.
