Nokia Lumia Badass? Qualcomm “LIQUID” with Snapdragon 805, 2K and Windows Phone

What appears above is supposedly a Qualcomm device with Snapdragon 805 and an amazing 2k screen. Now whilst it could be a tablet, it’s noted to have Windows Phone on it.
Now I’m not sure if it is specifically “Windows Phone” it just says OS:Windows though it says the same for the 1520.
It could be the rumoured 1820 though that was said to not exist as the likes of a 2k screen seemed laughable.
