Microsoft brings out Video editing Video Tuner app for Windows Phone

Windows Phone has a new video editing app straight from Microsoft – Video Tuner. Mashable describes it as a cross between Instagram and iMovie.
This aims to bring video editing to the masses – something much simpler than iMovie .
