Front panel of Nokia D1C surfaces

In any hotly anticipated device, any new information seems to pique our interest.

D1C and P being codenames (it wouldn’t be very un-Nokia if they came out with an awfully unmemorable name) the Nokia D1C is supposedly the ‘little brother’ of the Nokia P ‘flagship’. It’s midrange, 1080p, 13mp cam, 8mp front cam and Android Nougat.

This leak shot in what appears to be the manufacturing factory shows the front glass panel of the alleged D1C:

• Android capacitive buttons
• Slight curving slope off the edges
• Massive gap for the home button (?fingerprint reader?)
• Likely will have a bigger casing on the outside (like the Lumia range).

BTW, what’s the phone taking the spy pic?

Here were some liberally made renders back in early November. The home button here appears to be a capacitive circular affair vs the oblong one in the actual picture.
