September 18, 2007 at 4:21 pm | In 3rd edition, Go Play, Nokia, Nseries, S60, Symbian | 7 CommentsAt least of what I can remember:

12. Completely flat back except for camera protrusion
13. Slider Shutter camera cover, automatic camera activation when opened
14. Battery cover has flimsy plastic hooks that break easily

10. 128 g
11. Can stand on its side when taking group photos

13. Open no camera shutter, long press camera button to activate camera
14. Battery cover is tough has short stubs that don’t break easily
15. Can use either 950mAh or as standard 1200mAh
16. 128MB RAM, Approx 90mb free RAM
17. Faster to reach autofocus lock
18. Slightly faster on start up to the standby screen
19. Faster to save photo
20. Revamped, dull, but extensive multimedia menu
21. 7 Active Standby Apps
22. More Robust Slider, better build over all.
The most that would matter really are:
- Free RAM
- Battery Life
- Screen Size
- Responsiveness of UI
- Camera Cover
- Build Quality
- Micro SD hot swap slot vs fixed 8gb internal memory
Which one to go for really depends on what you need and what price you’re willing to pay. Most people’s needs will be met by the original N95. Power users considering either one now may be happier with the N95 8GB.
Missed out on Maroon 5, got Pop4real autographed N81 CD ^_^
September 18, 2007 at 3:44 pm | In Fun, Go Play, Nseries | Leave a CommentThe only member of the London Go Play group that got to see Maroon 5 in the evening was Scott from N-Gage Forums (EMO15). Lucky git had Adam Levine inches from him swapping Hi’s! *jealous*
The following day, I met up with the Go Play crew, played around with the new devices and went for a tour around London (we went on an amphibious duck boat/bus around the Thames).
Anyway, today I received a box with a Go Play poster and a signed N81 CD by POP4REAL, lol, Nokia Nseries’ latest big thing :p

If you haven’t seen the group, here’s the music video:
Here’s the poster.

Hmm…I’m not exactly sure what that poster is for. It seems to be the people who didn’t attend the event as I’m aware Getti a.k.a. Daniel Carter – a very nice guy I met at CES 2007, was supposed to go but didn’t make it.
Stefan of intomobile got his CD Yesterday:
