Video: Good Things – Team 1 Challenge

Yesterday, 5 groups in 2 man-teams navigated their way across London’s sights of attraction. But it wasn’t simply using Ovi Maps and locating point X. We were only ever given coordinates, which meant one wrong digit placement could lead us anywhere but where we had to go to.

Once getting to the correct destination there we had to:

  • twitpic GPS maps location
  • twitpic photo of location
  • track all routes using SportsTracker
  • Task (if applicable)
  • Find member of WOMTeam (If Applicable)

Glenn Letham (@gletham) and I were team 1. The first destination was Wellington Arch (at least, that’s what coordinates said!). There we found Katie Bunting who gave us our task – get on top of Wellington Arch and do some filming of the surroundings. (Check out the Nokia Sign Post Ovi Good Things Arrow by the Thames!)

If you want to see what else was happening, check out my previous tweets @jaymontano to see where our destinations led us next.

I’ll update mynokiablogwith the rest of the story soon – but now have to go get ready, get packing and get some breakfast! We still don’t know exactly what’s happening today – apart from the Q&A session with Ovi Maps product manager, we’re not sure what we’re gonna be needing boots for.
