The N900 has a very powerful, flash capable web browser that delivers desktop like web browsing on a Smartphone.

It’s just great to know that with the N900, sites you’ve been visiting on your desktop computer will work pretty well too on the N900. With certain websites, they work so well, you don’t really need standalone apps to experience the web. Take YouTube, Facebook and BBC iPlayer – phenomenal how well they work (in addition to the BILLIONS of other sites online 🙂 ).

Another for you to check out and BOOKMARK is FlashEarth.com. It’s like Google Earth but flash based, and it runs extremely well in the web browser.

Below is a quick demo video of FlashEarth.

We zoom into Wales and check out some sites of Cardiff – like the Millenium Stadium and also where I took a couple of the Panoramic Shots with the N900 on Friday.

The maps are highly detailed and it’s a pretty fluid experience – feels like the desktop version.
