I Must Run – Brilliant Game available at Ovi Store for Symbian^3

Jim has sent us a tip that an excellent game called “I must run” has appeared on the Ovi Store for Symbian^3.

I Must Run! is a skill-based action running game. Jump over gaps in prison buildings, run through an underground station and test your reflexes in a deadly run over construction yard cranes. Reach the city centre and save your wife. Remember, you have only 24 hours. You must run!

The premise is simple: You have a guy who runs across the screen. You must jump across buildings, avoid obstacles and punch crates. It sounds like a simple enough, common  to this type of game but it’s really leaps and bounds (har har) beyond the others.

The visuals are great and the gameplay (demoed on iPhone for now) looks fantastic. The story line is something of a different but welcome addition too! (You’re not just jumping for the sake of jumping).

I’m HOPING it’s like this on the N8 and not some poor version. So far, all games we’ve seen ported from iPhone to Symbian^3 look great.
