As I mentioned in our post on the T-Mobile Astound’s software being somewhat of a half-way house between PR 1.2 and PR 2.0, @Camb078 from blog-n8.fr has gotten access to an Astound via Nokia’s Remote Device Access and has been trawling through the firmware to see what changes have been made.
So far he’s shown us a few pics of a slightly tweaked calendar app as well as the implementation of the pretty decent looking portrait keyboard.

Copy and Paste buttons appearing after highlighting. Great stuff. SImple, easy, no need for silly icons like in Windows Phone.
