Every now and again we receive emails from you guys that are ready for publishing. Fahoum has emailed us his review of a gesture based application that allows you to quickly change the writing language on your phone without going through menus. This app is called quickLang and you can get it from Ovi Store.

Here’s Fahoum’s mini Review:

Hello there guys,

I purchased an app called “quickLang” which is available at the ovi store for 2 euros.
What it does is change the writing language via gestures! Instead of going through endless menus, now u can do this via pre-defined gesture:

1)swipe ur finger up.
2)swipe ur finger down.
3)push the top right corner of the screen.
4)swipe finger left to right.

But as we all know nokia is gonna release an update for a split screen keyboard. So I’m afraid some of the gestures wont work. But the “swiping up” gesture works just great on the split screen (tried it in opera mobile 11).
So to sum things up: if english isn’t your main language, and you change your writing language frequently like I do, this is a great app for you!

I know i like it 🙂
