Video: Horus Qt Based RSS Reader App – Free at Ovi Store – demoed on Nokia N8

I think the developer of this app notified me of this a while ago, but due to exam time I didn’t get around to posting about it.

It’s a different but pretty interesting interface. RSS feeds appear in side scrollable lists complete with title and picture post. It’s rather smooth and quite speedy too. Opening stories is within app (no loading browser). Stories will fetch photo content in the post too.

It’s available at the Ovi Store now, and it’s absolutely free!

Horus is a RSS news reader application for Symbian^3 devices with a unique UI. Additionally, Horus also supports podcasts and videopodcasts. With Horus you can customize your RSS feeds modifying its colors, titles, or sorting them, and you can add new RSS feeds entering its url or just searching for them with Horus built-in search engine. A new way to enjoy reading your favourite news.
