Official Facebook app for all phones? – Hello Snaptu
This video below points us to the official facebook app. So far, Nokia users haven’t really had that much in terms of experience with facebook. Only recently did Juuso’s fMobi bring some light to what facebook should be like as an app.
Now facebook have released their official app. Works on a great bunch of Nokia phones.
Go to facebook in your browser. At the bottom you’ll be asked if you want to download facebook.
Unlike before, that’s not some silly bookmark. It’s an actual app.
Oh hello! As SA points out, this is snaptu.
Scrolling rather laggy as was all my experience with snaptu has been.

Tried it out. Damnit they should’ve used QT. Juuso’s fMobi’s so muc better…

java is universal…FB got lazy and didn’t wanna make for symbian cause they thought they would have lost money…….so they made a java app since symbian can still use java…>.> lazy shit heads didn’t even wanna make a Qt app for symbi3nOS…..but they made one for.WP7…and it has shit global marketshare,iOS,BBOS and Android….like WTF and symbian had more global marketshare then anyone and they still didn’t wanna make one for it….stupid shit
Something tells me they made one for Micro$oft because Micro$oft paid them to… lol
yea lol but fb didn’t offer an app to nokia for symbian at all..why do you think they made their own …which was the shitty social app since it’s one standard layout they can use lol

I have a phone SonyEricsson j10i2 china that sorry no facebook no twitter no any top webpage don’t able show my grand great green glass global account…
My question is that what way I able “power’s nokia” or resource current page means “power’s wordpress” for my mobile…
My mobile have several “Global Name” on FB as “FacerBookkeeper” and “FacerBooker” or “ParasteshnewsPhoneFB”
Is it available for N8?
When I scroll down, there is no download link for Germany.
Could someone please upload the install file?

Problem solved:
If you use Opera, your device will not be recognized.
You have to use Nokia Browser, then it works.
Well i tryed that and it did not work for me.
I can be dowloadet via d.facebook.com/install/
yes.. its j2me app and which run even on dumb phones too..

I had the download link appear when i used Facebook for the first time on Symbian Anna’s new browser, i’d never seen it before, so installed it. I still don’t like it!
fMobi all the way for me, far superior app.

interestingly i think its more directed towards nokia users because the official facebook site has C7 as its display pic

facebook in opera mini is quite good. Why should we need such a dumb app? It doesnt even have chat!
I am surprised that I hear of that on mynokiablog.com now. I have that app since 2-3 weeks. It is the same as Snaptu… not really good. I still hope that fmobi gets better and better
