Some comments say the decline in Nokia market value is all Elop. When did Elop start work at Nokia?

Devices 88M devices sold this year vs 111M last year.

And the kicker. Of course not making the smartphone target at all. iPhone sold more than Nokia. How? With such compelling and competitive devices like the Nokia C7 and C6-01 and of course E7 that totally rivals iPhone ans SGSII etc etc.

Elop’s rather premature announcement of WP partnership, scolding of Symbian as uncompetitive perhaps should not have been done in public.

More bad news to continue. But as expected during this transition.

“During this time of transition, we expect competitive pressures to continue. However, we have a clear strategy to address the concerns about our product competitiveness.”
