Nokia 701 RM-744 Pics from ANATEL? Or fake?

We received a document on Saturday from a reader named Harry Stefano, who said that this is from ANATEL (Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações) which Harry says is like the FCC where all new phones require Anatel authorisation.

This is supposedly the Nokia 701, aka Helen, rumoured to be the Nokia C7 successor. However, it looks exactly like the Nokia C7.

The authenticity of the document is a concern. Apart from being identical to the C7 itself, the usual inside label looks fake. I mean, I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be just copied and pasted on digitally, but this is NOT a photograph of that tag.

Something else a little odd is that the dash/”-” is stuck to the M in RM. I’ve not seen that before.  You might say the K and I look strange but that’s exactly the same as the official FCC ID label. BTW here’s a real FCC ID label.

However, Harry says the document can be found at ANATEL.

I tried to have a look but I was getting errors past page 10. If it’s there, then this may just be the Nokia 701. There’s no problem if it does look identical to the C7. It’s a good design. But we’re just not sure this is real.
