Nokia Conversations have officially announced the new Nokia 603 Belle Smartphone. I think they look great, and by far my favourite out of all the Belle designs. It’s new (not C7 like, eh 701?) but it’s very appealing (no funny lip, 700). This design was already much praised in the blogosphere, within Nokia circles and outside of them. So it’s fantastic to see it come alive and for Symbian fans, coming with Belle!

It reminds me a lot of that concept Windows Phone device.  Both have bubbles on screen too.

It’s not shy on features either:

  • 1GHz
  • 5MP, 720p video at 30FPS
  • 113.5 x 57.1 x 12.7mm and weighs 106.9g.
  • Responsive while multitasking many apps
  • 7H talk time, 460 hours standby
  • Pentaband reception, WCDMA 850/900/1700/1900/2100, GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900
  • BT 3.0
  • NFC
  • WiFi
  • HSDPA 3G, up to 14.4Mbps downloads
  • 3.5″ Clear Black display
  • Toughened glass even under bright sunlight
  • nHD, 16M COLOURS
  • comes preloaded with Angry Birds, Fruit Ninja, Shazam and YouTube to cater to your entertainment needs.
  • Microsoft Office Communicator, Quick Office, Adobe PDF reader and Vlingo.
  • Q4 availability, 200 EUR before taxes and subsidies.
  • Comes in 6 colours which Nokia were trying to allude to yesterday.
