Philippines Nokia Store now has paid apps and operator billing with V20.50 Nokia Store.

In November we heard that paid apps was in some form in the Philippines with Operator Billing to follow. According to Stound, V20.50 of the Nokia Store app brings both paid apps AND operator billing to the Philippines.
This should make purchasing paid apps much easier as you don’t have to tie yourself in with a  card if you don’t want to (I do, but for others, card might not even be an option).
