I have the Official Nokia Belle update :D Nokia Belle available through Nokia Suite :D
Ah, something a lot of you can say today, “I have the Official Nokia Belle update”. Many of you have been commenting that you’ve actually got it today. I wasn’t expecting anything until tomorrow but surprise surprise it’s there. I’m guessing a lot of us have been skeptical as to whether Nokia would deliver it on that 8th of February date, and even stranger that we got tipped yesterday that it would be here today, and it is (Kudos ICEMan and DM). For those who don’t have it yet, at least you know the roll out has begun.
I’m currently updating it as we speak.
I know it has been available through other means by way of leaked firmwares but I’m not one to put updates by unofficial means on any phone.

I think I have Belle Will update in a mo.
It’s trying to get my Nokia account but it has wiped the phone and cannot connect to the wifi until I put the wifi details in again.
It will also try and find some bluetooth devices to get contacts.
And here she is. Belle on the N8. Soo nice
Things looking good so far. Not the smoothest operation (noticing some stuttering) but come on, remember what hardware this is on – it’s pretty decent for that. It’s much smoother if there’s nothing happening in the background.

i want to update my NOKIA E7, but the nokia suite update service is currently unavailable, SERVICE ERROR is the message on the ovi suite screen. What can I do ????

I just upgraded to Nokia Belle and all I can say is this OS is drop dead gorgeous! I have a first generation N8 which I bought in the last quarter of 2010 and have been looking forward to receiving the update. I have not been disappointed with the new OS – quite the opposite as a matter of fact! I have been planning to buy a new phone but getting Belle has been such a joy I will put off buying a new phone for at least a year! I’m still exploring the phone and getting used to the new feel and look but from what I’ve experienced so far, Belle gets 10/10 stars from me!

i’m stuck at restore. the phone is asking for security code and the suite is trying to restart the phone. it’s hung i suppose.

i think you have set a security code before. I’m not sure but there might be a default pass of 12345
i have updater my phone n8 with belle but as soon as the fone restarts it shows anna only! my friend updated his n8 his fone got updated i am having a proble how can it get updated please help ! my id is prashant_dv13@yahoo.com please revert back

Finally! I got Belle on my Nokia N8 even if I have a branded one (operator is 3 ITALIA ).
Upgrade was smooth and I got … a new mobile phone!
Unfortunately Nokia moved to Belle …one year later …too late for avoiding WP7 move…
Still I didn’t get Belle for my Nokia N8. product cord is 0599398. yesterday morning it was in Nokia Suite.But when i going to Update it evening it has gone. still i don’t have it..anyone can xplne what’s the problem…pls….

I got mine installed with belle, after the install was completed, the phone would freeze just like that.
I restarted it for several times. Now it’s not freezing anymore and i love the look.
I urge those guys to improve this Nokia Situations App so that it can run on Belle, that app is a killer!
from the update of nokia anna to nokia belle, it seems there were problems encountered after the update, i think i have to postpone the update for a while. besides, my phone cannot update due to some change in its board even though it’s not included in the swap phone list
The key lock has always worked. After upgrading to the Nokia Belle have a problem. ask for help, and pay attention to the defect.

Trying to upgrade to Nokia Symabian Belle Firmware, Not sure where the problem, things went well till backup but preparing to Install the update taking hell of time, I am using Win 7 OS, does this related to OS of the Laptop we use?

I updated my c7 phone from anna to Belle.. its awesome but problem with online live tv streaming it show error saying “low bandwidth” in anna version it never showed before(there was a setting to change streaming video bandwidth of gprs,3g video).. in setting>application setting>videos>option> there is no bandwidth setting in this belle version.. plz tell me how can i stream live TV or online video streaming PLZ HELP ME anyone.. soon
And what about Whatsapp? and nokia belle?

I am from albania and i have NOKIA E7. I started to make the update and
ovi suite downloaded the software but don`t continue to make the update. i have tried several time but it is the same.
the message on the screen is :
Service unavailable.
The Nokia Suite update service is currently unavailable
Please try again later.
what can I do to resolve? or, when it will be available ??
