Jonas 1975 from DailyMobile’s forums has put together a post on some widgets that can be installed individually to Nokia Belle (official/Custom Firmware). These are in addition to the standard belle widgets.

“To install these widgets you require to hack your phone. If you don’t know how, check this Topic.”

You may need to do some hacking but it will work on Official Nokia Belle apparently. As usual, try at own risk.

“Tested on Nokia N8 with official Belle.”

Shame you have to do this by a ‘hack’ :(. There are some really nice ones there, including the Maemo/WP/N9 like visual bookmarks,

weather widget,

a mechanical clock (first pic) and an

RSS widget (which some have mentioned was missing?).

Big calendar.

No notification widget yet though it seems. (Though of course, Belle integrates this in the pull down menu, it might not be as easy to see as the instant homescreen one).

Cheers Ankrus for the tip!
