Nokia Give Away: 5 Lumia 710s Through Engadget!
Since we all love free gadgets, and nothing creates a larger buzz then giving them away; nokia is offering up 5 Lumia 710s for keeps, all you have to do is leave a comment on the engadget Post (linked Below).
Honestly I think this is a really smart idea, creating a buzz about it all at almost no price; and once people start wanting something cause it’s free (or super cheap) it’s not that far of a step to buy one when it’s not (Ex: Hp Touchpad: yes they were a hundred dollars but once everyone started wanting one people started buying them online for 350-450 dollars; just because they started craving them)- Just my two cents. They are giving away a lot of lumias, here there are giveaways of lumias every other day like nokia is telling plzz plzz have this phone, wants to see them in everyone’s hand, but little do they know that people resell it
Every other site I visit, I see not one not two but 3-3 lumia ads on the page, this ain’t funny anymore, it’s irritating, good things don’t need such publicity

Actually, from what I learned, advertising by giving away product for free NEVER works.
Cause you associate “free” with that product, people will just take it and leave. New customers will be reluctant to pay.
Apple never gave away anything for free. Instead they did what marketing is all about, they created the desire to own a product.
But if you donot advertise go out and communicate how will ppl get to know. Its a new portfolio from Nokia they need to tell ppl. Just having talent is it enough you need to prove it ryt same just havin a product is nt enough u are educated geek u know but wat abt guys like me sm tom dick and harry .. atleast appreciate the fact that Nokia marketing is honest and straight unlike the fruit company that loves to twist facts

Cause Symbian is a shit OS, and should have died years ago so Maemo could flourish. Too late for that now, but still good to see it dead.
it will die cause it got nokia in this mess that wp 7 is trying to save them from… finland is one good example… only fanboys buy the useless and old symbian and others buy s40 phones incase they want high end phones they go for android or iphone. Symbian will die.
