RedBull Teams up With Nokia! (More Free Stuff)
So we just got back from another hectic day at MWC, loads of fun- bunch of Q&As with some product managers (Dean Patrick from Nokia Entertainment & Jason Gregory from the Lumia Design team – we’ll post those once we do the Q&A with the maps team tomorrow). Anyways today as we were headed out the Nokia Connects guys handed us each a nice little box branded with the Redbull logo; inside where a bunch of cool stuff (some free redbulls, a 16GB memory card, a model car of Sebestian Vetels winning F1 Car, a nice cap and a DVD about flight?)- oh and they were passing out RBs at the nokia part of MWC like candy (I drained three so now I can’t sleep).
Point of this was the Red Bull have joined up with Nokia to extend their reach in the mobile world onto the Lumia phone devices- Not sure what that means really but I’m guessing an F1 app similar to the WRC Live app?
Red Bull and Nokia customers will soon be able to access the exciting World of Red Bull through their Nokia device in a way that has never been seen before.
We will leverage Nokia Lumia’s built on Windows Phone’s best in class capability with the Red Bull brand and take content consumption to a next level!
