MUST SEE: Stephen Elop Visits the Nokia Booth (Plays Fruit Ninja on the Kinect!) – Plus some Random MWC Nokia Fun

So Mr. Elop stopped by the Nokia booth at MWC today; had a nice chat with all the people there, talked about some of the devices had a general nice time- I caught up with him and asked him if we could get a couple pictures (he was pretty cool about it; even agreed to take one with the Monster Purity Headset on)

Anyways the real reason you’re reading this; watching Stephen Elop play Fruit Ninja on the Kinect (Don’t know any other Huge company CEP who would just do that for a good time..)- sorry about the blur but the 800’s (Not the 808) camera couldn’t cope with the bright lights and lack of contrast

Also the Nokia booth has some really cool stuff going on everyday where you can win loads of prizes and generally have an awesome time (Free drinks, cartoon artists, street performers and bands)- also every hour they do this ridiculously crazy Asha/Lumia dance; it’s not exactly the most amazing thing but I thought it was cool to show how lax they were.

Sadly tomorrow is the last day of this AMAZING event; then back to school- but it’s been an awesome experience

*Note: Kindly if you have anything rude or disrespectful to say keep it to yourselves, whatever you feel fact is that Elop did help Nokia gain some of it’s footing back- whether or not you agree with his strategy is up to you.

BTW: rumor has it that S. Elop went over to the HTC booth and basically pulled a ‘in your face’ with the 808 to the director of HTC.. (something like telling him lets take  a picture together; with our 41MP camera)
