This video is about RDA, remote device access, where you can test your apps in other handsets that you might not actually have – so  you test devices remotely.

This video will give an introduction to using Remote Device Access (RDA) to test your apps for Series 40 phones. See how to access the service onhttp://www.developer.nokia.com, select a phone, and start the RDA client. Then discover how to install your application, run it, and perform testing. You also get an introduction to the more advanced features of RDA, including adjusting the display quality to optimise performance, accessing the phone’s file system, and taking screenshots among others.

For Series 40 developers globally, the addition of Series 40 phones to the Nokia Developer RDA service means that testing apps on multiple phones is now convenient, easy, and above all free of charge.

For more information, visit http://www.developer.nokia.com/RDA or follow the RDA service on twitter http://www.twitter.com/nokia_rda.
