You might have got this when you register: ‘fail-too-recent::59′, that means that you have to wait for 59 minutes.

If you used to get “Login Failed, Reregister” error, you will need to register one more time after updating. You might also need to use “Everything failed? Try me” magic button.
Plzz.. Help me. I used n9 and I downloaded Wazzapp already but it can’t register . When I registe it said “ failed. sever said:fail-too-many::” . Now what should I do? Can everyone helo me…. Plzz.

Este es un lugar estúpido para evitar o buscar ayuda, y es incluso más estúpido hacerlo en español …
En lugar de mostrar mala educación mediante la publicación en un hilo que venció hace siglos, encontrar el hilo correspondiente en talk.maemo.org y post en Inglés allí.
Es increíble que todo esto tiene que ser explicado, parece que no mucha gente en la internet tienen sentido común hoy en día.
