    Too bad! ;P

This is why trusting people in customer service at large companies is so hard or unwise… They make claims without really having any clue. They are often part-time people just looking at some generic internal guide or the same website you are looking, and still make it sound like they are sure about things… Even if you ask: Are you sure? More than once I’ve seen people burned by trusting them.

This is false Microsoft savings on customers comfort. I think any dumb phone with windows must have plenty of memory to avoid crushes, malware colliding with user’s software etc. Simply it will work even worse, as Windows need plenty of resources. Also that is why I think windows mobiles are dumb phones only. But extreamly wide adverted like hell.

Odd. Your replies are sounding more and more like the automated spam that askimet is supposed to be removing. It’s like you don’t actually read the posts, but just construct this garbage of a comment like some really bad overseas customer support trained to merely parrot responses to keywords – not actually listening to what has been asked.

What does storage have to do with avoiding ‘crushes’/crashes and malware on Windows Phone? Did you even read what you wrote, Annethe? Whether 32GB or 16gb or 8GB – storage memory makes little difference.

Windows Phone needs plenty of resources and are thus dumbphones? Android needs plenty of resources, more so than Windows Phone to achieve the same tasks.

        Also “windows mobile” really?

Jay I thnk we need to add a captcha thingy to tet these guys intelligence.

        • Jay Montano says:

          That would be an idea.

I will monitor ‘Annethe’s future comments and if they continue in this trolling nature, I’ll just have to place a ban on the IP. There is currently a spread of comments that reply to the post and have little or nothing to do with it – but all with the core of ‘windows sucks’ in some form or ‘try the n9′.

i think I’ve given Annethe several months of ‘benefit of the doubt’ that they can act maturely and appropriately in our comment section, but it seems that is not his/her intention.

considering there’s no expandable memory, they should have just given all their windows phones 64 gb.

    • Jay Montano says:

      Agree.

    • zymo says:

But smaller memory which isn’t expandable makes a device more attractive for carriers. If you want to store more, you have to that in the cloud (Skydrive). Using cloud storage will increase your monthly data consumption which makes the carriers quite happy.
