Weekend Watch: Nokia 808 PureView – Fashion Photography
Beautiful models doing fancy fashion poses and Nokia 808 PureView. Let’s get some creativity on!
Here’s a bunch of videos testing out the 808 PureView. Actually I think it might be related to something @Chilko tweeted me the other day (cheers dude!).
Yes, here’s the post about the 808 and Fashion Photography
his phone is tricking you so well that, in a moment, you just start
to forget about a simple device with a call functions and etc. and you are acting and shooting with
Nokia 808 PureView as it is a real video or photo camera.

for those who already own the 808 PV, do your phones have this defect just like what some early owners are complaining?

all AMOLEDS have this purple tint when showing grey shades specially pentile one’s, Also taking a hit (a fall will increase this ..) to get rid of it simply crank up your brightness and wait for a software fix ) but get used to it …

i though all this was over after the Lumia 900 fiasco.. Nokia, get it together!
i have that problem with my N8 since Belle, doesn’t happen all the time but yes
I also have the breathing light issue in my N8 since belle
the second video the sounds of birds , WOW rich recording is even better than the camera .
Man, the guy filming the whole thing could have put one of his hands a little bit above the camera to avoid all that flare… This seems highly amateur.
The N8 has this problem as well. Most of its low DR pictures were due to flare issues that could have bene resolved if the photographer had improvised a lens hood with its own hand.
