$170, that’s how much you’ll be paying for the Lumia 800 UNLOCKED on the latest deal from the Microsoft store; Previously we let you guys know about the Entertainment bundle deal that was selling for around a very pricey $900, but with the latest price drop this is one hell of a steal. Coming directly from the Microsoft store this is the only other option for picking it up in the US as Amazon.com are selling it Unlocked  for around $400, if you ask me getting $420 of entertainment gear for an extra $200 isn’t to bad of a deal.  You can pick it up from the Online Microsoft store in Black or Magenta if you like over here:

      Yep, got one unicorn.

      And the 808.

Next up: Lumia WP8 and a Jolla. Maybe an Asha 311?

Good times for a gadget freak. :D

You have absolutely no idea how much I hate NOT having had enough jobs as of late. I’d be buying that this instant otherwise!

Though my brother owes me almost that sum… hmmm…

      • Jeff says:

Bite the bullet & get it already or forget it…
It’ll be a unicorn in the truest sense “worldwide” within the next 3mth.

wow… i just can’t imagine if it happens to the pureview… just add 100, for just $699 you’ll get nokia 808 pureview, tripod, play 360 and purity hd… a gigantic WOW… i wonder how beautiful to listening to the pureview especially it has dolby digital plus… (in my dreams -_- ZzZz)…

    • nabkawe says:

listening to it right now these headsets are awesome specially for spoken songs with lots of ups and downs ( you can always enjoy some good rap songs too)

  2. NokiaFan says:

Hmmm guys its been like that for month already… just saying

  3. Chris Martin says:

Don’t forget, it includes the Luna Bluetooth headset too.

  4. Jari says:

I would not spend my hard earned Euros/usds to buy M$ phone. 808 Pureview is already reserved. Vy limited availability here in Finland :-( I think Nokia is lacking cash to get these Pureviews out of factory. Has anyone got info where 808´s are made.. Finland/Brazil?

    • Janne says:

      In China.

And don’t mind the conspiracy talk. It is constrained capacity for a new product with special magical camera parts. :)

I doubt cash either has anything to do with it. Just the decades old story trying to get a globally launched Nokia product… Always a hunt.

      • Jari says:

Tnx Janne.. No 808´s at Gigantti, is the DNA shop the only retailer here in Finland getting 808´s. Nine 808´s sold by Dna kauppa in Itäkeskus Pori.. gonna get mine when they get more Pureviews.. Only black version available here in Finland?

        • keizka says:

Mm. Verkkokauppa had those also, IIRC.

        • Janne says:

All colors of 808 are available in Finland now (launch week was with black/white, last week brought red in some places) although capacities are limited and particular sellers may have different selections of course.

  5. Tak says:

Lumia Schlumia!!! PFFFT!!! Just give me the 808!!! Whats taking so long!!?!?!?!? I have been searching it for two months now!!!

808 doesn’t need Marketing Bonanza and price cuts to sell, so just like the N9 and N950, it needs the “constrained capacity” to not completely over shadow the Lumias.

  6. Thomas F says:

    Desperate???

    • Janne says:

Probably not. Nokia was clearly preparing to lower prices and add incentives to their WP7 selection once the WP8 news hit. They have had quite an onslaught of price drops and deal-sweeteners. Clearly planned.

Q3 numbers will tell how well it went. But first, Q2 numbers…

      • Thomas F says:

Yes Q2 numbers are interesting, Nielsen say 300.000 Lumias in the US in Q2… that is not allot… 3 days to go

        • Janne says:

The interpretation of the Nielsen data actually sees to be 330 000 for entire first half of 2011 (Lumia 710 from T-Mobile since some time in January and Lumia 900 from AT&T since late April). If that indeed is true, it would be bad. A reasonable expectation would be at least half a million plus. Preferably several hundreds of thousands more.

We shall see if the analysts got the marketshare right and if the people combining it with the market size got the volume right. It is a bit difficult to know when no margins of error and so forth are available. Many people say combining two studies like that is not statistically accurate, but I’m no expert.

          We’ll know soon enough.

        • stylinred says:

Nielsen doesn’t agree with Phoneareas analysis btw

      • manu says:

why cant they give away lumia with xbox.that will be cool.hehe

  7. M says:

Man, I would buy that bundle minus the phone instantly. I’ve been trying to find a pair of the essence Bluetooth headphones since they came out. It’s always been hard finding any Nokia accessories stateside not costing a kidney or legitimately through Amazon.

  8. stylinred says:

    Speaking of Accessories

I got my DC-16 Charger today in White! Works great quite hefty but will work perfectly for my trip
