Uh-Oh? Windows Phone 8 SDK Leaked Online

| July 26, 2012 | 11 Replies

It appears somebody over at Microsoft is a bit over-excited about the upcoming WP8 release as the WP8 SDK was published on Microsoft’s own site earlier today under version number is 50522.01. requiring both Windows 8 Release Preview and will also require Visual Studio 11 to run. Was this accidental or Microsoft trying to give Devs a head-start on cooking up those apps?

If anyones interested you can download the SDKs from here: http://www.wpxap.com/thread-455816-1-1.html

Of course there are. Why do you need to try to turn everything into absolutes?

This particular case may of course have been intentional.

Let’s hope WP7.8 info gets leaked as well. I’d like to see some confirmation of IE10 coming to WP7.8 (or if it’s not confirmed, send some very stern messages Belfiore’s way).
