Nokia Lumia 900 vs. Nokia 3310 Drop Test & Total Demolition with Sledgehammer
Here at MyNokiaBlog we love seeing phones put to the test of survival (especially me since I’m far from gentle with my phones); so here’s a nice special pitting the Lumia 900 against the indestructible Nokia 3310. The phones are first put through a scientifically accurate drop test, then when all else fails they beat the life out of them with a sledge hammer.
*I do think it’s unfair that they only gave the 3310 one whack with the sledgehammer, but we can all attest to the fact that even though the outside plastic frame might be easily breakable the inner brick is a cinderblock. My favorite thing about the older Nokias is how easy it was to simply replace the cover, I think at one point I had about 5 different cases for my 2100 (which I personally think is tougher than the 3310).

That is just being stupid. I get the drop test now replace the glass and move on using your phone not destroy it with a hammer like an ANIMAL. Just couldn’t watch them destroy such beautiful device
I think the lumia took it really well … It’s made of plastic and still felt like a hard job for that hammer i really wish i could see the iphone or SG3 test with that hammer .

Now compared to the Samsung GS3 and you can notice that it cracked on the second fall while the camera cracked on the first one …
I think 3510/i is tougher than 3310 and maybe even the toghest Nokia ever made.
