Now that Nokia Belle Refresh has begun rolling out to all First gen devices (starting with carrier unlocked devices); we’ve gotten a chance to update our N8 and take it for a spin. Officially the changelog is tiny, claiming to bring HTML5 support, A couple new widgets, some changes to Nokia Maps and some minor tweaks all around. After doing some digging of our own and with the help of @jonjongoco we were able to piece together quite a bit more:

Updating OTA (Over the Air) will save you some precious data caps as the update is only 12MBs in size, while updating through Nokia suite on your PC will redownload the whole OS meaning you have a 350MB package to download; great if your having issues, but if not stick with OTA. Although the browser version at 8.3 is more than that of the 808 (8.2), the 808 still managed to load webpages faster, simply due to the increased processing power.
