I think it is really interesting that the new Ashas took the leap to smartphone territory. Of course it was inevitable as technology advances. So it seems that the new Asha 308 and 309 are considered smartphones, that must mean that the Asha 311 is one as well?! How about 305 and 306? Maybe the line goes there at this time?
So I guess these Ashas are going to ‘save’ the Smartphone numbers for Q3 then? It is really going to be interesting to see how much these phones sell – but it is in the millions anyway. Maybe it can even mean that Nokia is once again at the top of the Smartphone (or at least second) sales list?
It is starting to look like the year 2013 is going to be a good year for Nokia indeed. As long as Microsoft keeps their promise and delivers an awsome product…
