Name that Nokia – NCIS LA
I had scheduled this post for the weekend, and then saw the post about The Wolverine so thought I’d publish it now.
I was watching NCIS LA during the week, and saw a familiar friend. Typically the show has HTC WP7 devices, so seeing a Nokia is good. Hopefully the fact we are seeing Lumia’s on hit US shows may mean its finally breaking ground.
Have you guys seen any other Nokia’s featured in TV shows or Movies? We’d love to hear about it.

It’s also on Hawaii 5-O on CBS…..last week episodes I think the show showed it a few times….I think CBS, the network that both NCIS and Hawaii 5-O is on is sponsored by Microsoft

Not an Lumia 800.. the bottom bezel is to thin for that, so i suspect it’s a Lumie 900.
Product placement is a good sign that there is going to be some serious advertisement for Nokia and WP8 this holiday season.
The Dark Grey N8 was used in Tron Legacy numerous times. Didn’t get any advertisement in the states. Though it did get me to buy one

Coronation Street, one of Britain’s most watch program always has someone answering a Nokia, Tommy had an X6, Tyrone a 710, Nick a 800. (not that I’m sad enough to watch soaps of course.)
I’ll take a pic next time i happen to catch it when channel surfer!
knowing their names and seeing 3 different phones on a most likely different episodes is considered watching… ROFL
theres nothing wrong with watching soaps imo.

and my favorite show, Supernatural they used the n78 i think numorous times
Lumia 900 because of its right side buttons “grouped” in the center of the right side. 800′s buttons are more spread on this right side.
