Instagram spotted on Nokia Lumia 620 promo? Coming as Lumia exclusive

An icon for Instagram has been spotted on a Nokia Lumia 620 promo. This could simply be a mistake or it could suggest that WP(8) at least is getting Instagram.
WPDang adds more substance to this sighting by saying that their sources have been in contact to say Instagram is under development and will appear as a Lumia exclusive.
