New Update to “Display + Touch” Brings “Lumia Color Profile”

@_aka_p on twitter tipped us off to some interesting screen shots on the “Display + Touch” app in the store; the screen shots bring something called “Lumia Color Profile” which looks to be some sort of custom accent color maker perhaps? that “adjusts you screen’s color profile” whatever that means.

Following the link I did get an update on my 920; however the no options were nowhere to be seen; it’s possible a higher firmware version is required to utilize these updates; but you never know- give it a try and let us know if you get any new options:

    Display calibration. I think someone mentioned wanting that feature :) .

    umm this could be just like the color profile on the N9, which only changes the colors warmness, so no new colors

    I would imagine it lets you adjust display temp and saturation, like the screen shot suggests. I’ll try it and report back.

    Didn’t have an update notification before. Now I’m unsure if I should start the update. Don’t want to mess up my phone ;)

    got the updates last night, and there was nothing called color profile or something like that.

      Same here. Did get 2 new options under “DISPLAY” for “Sunlight Readability” and “Battery Saver Brightness” but both are grayed out.
