Screen Shot 2013-05-28 at 10.16.47Just came across this video showing the GoPro browser app for Symbian, which works with the GoPro Hero 2 and 3.

This allows you to access files from the GPH 2/3 directly from your S^3 (Anna/Belle) handset. You can download and preview items and video preview streaming (not sure you can do direct live streams from the device to use it as perhaps a surveillance camera but that’s not what GoPro is for).

i was just talking about painting my 808 plum… wth

Wouldn’t the 808 take better VDO then GoPro3. Does anyone here know or have experienced the VDO quality on both the devices?

WTF?? Really…? WOW…!! This is great..!! Gonna make the display backpac ALMOST redundant for me then..

GordonH – I’d say videos between the 8|0|8 and the Hero 3 Black edition that I’m using is on par with each other (speaking from own experience without taking into account of bitrates etc )

Some factors are in favour of the Gopro though.. eg the combination of mounts specially made for the Gopro, water proof housing, resolution higher than 1080p (if u so desire, I shoot at 720p on both) frame per second options..

Damn.. why make it so difficult to buy..???

Is one of the best apps that has come out for Symbian in a while. It makes an already good multitasking machine even better.
