Nokia Asha 501 Worldwide Rollout Begins! (9 Million daily app downloads by S40 alone)

NokConv reports that their new fast and fluid Nokia Asha 501 based on the new Asha Touch platform starts sales in Thailand and Pakistan with India to follow soon.
After India, availability proceeds onto Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. In late summer then, the Asha 501 heads to latin American countries like Brazil.
Also, an interesting infographic of sorts below. Nokia Store gets 9 million daily downloads it seems just to S40 handsets which includes those Asha devices.
