There are some more image samples comparing the Nokia Lumia 1020 against the Nokia Lumia 920 over at WPCForums

Not sure if these are the original image sizes since they seem to be rather small.

Although the 920 was criticised for perhaps being too saturated at times, I found that in low light, this sometimes wasn’t the case and some colours looked slightly pale/washed out.

The 1020 colours look consistently punchy and sharp.

Oddly, the f/2.2 bokeh in the 1020 is even more pronounced than the f/2.0 920.

Thanks to comments: bokeh is affected by aperture and sensor size.

The depth of field appears to be so narrow in the 1020 that whilst the main person in the picture below is in focus, the bits at the back are already fuzzy. Note the same thing in the Mario picture.

The level of noise in the 1020 seems to be concerning some.

Here’s a nice sample. Not sure where this is from. Is it one of the official samples?

It’s hard to discern the detail due to the images being reduced in size.

Cheers Viipottaja for the tip!
