As if Microsoft’s deal on the Lumia 1020 wasn’t good enough, where anyone purchasing through the Microsoft store got a free camera grip. Well now it seems that anyone’s Lumia 1020 that was delayed for any reason will be getting a complimentary $150 gift card.
