Say what you like about the N97’s usability as a phone but the form factor design of the hinge was amazing. N950 users are perhaps the only ones lucky enough to have that sort of hinge as well as a friendly OS to use.

This next concept by Edgar Mkrtchyan uses that familiar hinge, but oversizes it up to 8 inches (hasn’t Acer done something like this with one of their droid tabs?) and powering it with Windows 8.1.

Hi,
Here is a concept dating back several months already but I never had time to finish it. It runs on Windows 8.1. It incorporates a special keyboard for optimal use with both hands with a screen size of 8 inches (Like Iconia W3, or iPad Mini)
It also has a fingerprint scanner and a stylus with different types of pressure. The device has a rear polycarbonate shell and can be done in several colors (cyan, yellow, red, white and black). The rest is made of aluminum and its color does not change.
It also has a 13 MP camera PureView with double LED flash, a front camera of 3 MP. The touch screen 8-inch (1080×1920) is curved and is protected by Gorilla Glass.
Inside we find a 6000 mAh battery for use in two days, a memory 64/128 GB expandable via a micro SD card and a quad core processor (Tegra 5 or Snapdragon S800). And finally it has 2 micro USB ports, one for charging or file transfer, and the second can be used simultaneously for a USB key or other accessory (via adapter)
