GDR3 with individual volume controls?

WPDang reports that a few more GDR3 features have come to light, the first namely being individual volume controls. Now I kinda liked the one volume control myself but I know various folks here want to have different volume settings for different things. There’s something noted called quick settings. This maybe different to the app that allows for quick settings but rather something built in.
This is on top of other basic features, such as rotation lock, text sync and drive mode.
