What is Nokia’s Project N? (Nseries Reborn? :p)

@evleaks has learned of something from Nokia called Project N.
It could be a multitude of things form an advertising campaign to a device.
What if it’s Nseries reborn but going up in numbers as opposed to a number signifying where it fits in the current line up only to make it confusing later on when a newer cheaper device has better specs than a previous flagship (kinda like the current Lumia numbering system).
