MS testing out Halo 4 on Windows Phone – Azure based

Paul Thurott says that MS showed a demo of Halo 4 running on Windows Phone. He later adds that it was azure based.
Halo 4 is the top selling MS studios game of all time in the US.
Microsoft apparently showed Halo4 running on Windows Phone at its annual company meeting. Not clear if this is something "happening" or demo
