WP 8.1 notifications and left side swipe from homescreen or concept ?

I’m not sure if we’ve seen this before but this video supposedly demoes a WP8.1 interface. Notice the drop down notifications (well, when pulling down the toast notifications, it expands it) and left of the homescreen, some more interactions (theme chooser, quick settings etc)
Reddit points out that this is a ‘Â qzerro ‘ leak. I believe we saw some screenshots along these lines.
