Nokia wins another victory in patent battle with HTCopypasta

Reuters reports that Nokia has won another victory in its patent battle with HTCopypasta in the UK. This follows another ruling in the US by ITC that HTC infringed a further two Nokia patents.
A Nokia spokesperson says that today’s judgement was a significant development and that “Nokia will now seek an injunction against the import and sale of infringing HTC products in the UK as well as financial compensation.””
Nokia has invested over 45 Billion Euros into researching new technologies. Usually other companies may seek to license these technologies from Nokia. This is what happens when you copypasta.
