Lumia FamilyThe big news in Nokia’s Q3 earnings reports wasn’t just the record number of Lumias shipped; but instead the increased foothold Nokia managed to gain in the US. Now it seems that Nokia has officially achieved the 4th place spot in the US of A in terms of smartphone sales, with 4.1% of the smartphone market.

Admittedly that’s still miles behind Apple and Samsung (33.7% and 33.6% respectively), but it’s nice to see some improvement. It’s also interesting to see how badly HTC are doing in the US given how much they’re trying with Android and int run giving WP the cold shoulder, perhaps the future is in WP?
