Facebook Login Via Official App Now Possible in WP8

According to a recent post on the Windows Blog, developers can now utilize the official Facebook app to bypass browser log in redirects when trying to connect to facebook. For example, if an app has the option to share something with a friend via Facebook, the app can log-in through the Facebook beta app and bypass the need to redirect you to a browser log-in.

This is especially useful for games and other interactive apps that connect to your social network; on the other hand Windows Phone already has Facebook integrated into the hub, and allows sharing of specific items through the hub directly; but of course that won’t always cut it.
