In this video, you can see a quick demo of IE 11 on WP8.1. Aesthetically it’s very similar. there’s a reader mode that you can activate with a button (+ there are reading font size options, and whether to have a dark or light background)
There’s also an option to remember passwords.
Also something about tap override to load all content
