Speculations about Nokia’s next CEO put the candidates to be either Timo or Rajeev. It was said that if Rajeev got the position, Nokia would focus much more on NSN. Rajeev, who is head of NSN was credited for turning NSN around after years of losses by successful restructuring.
Rajeev Suri, like Microsoft’s Satya Nadella is Indian born. Pretty awesome given that Nokia and Microsoft are/were super popular in India. Other prominent names include
- Indira Noori, CEO of Pepsico
- Rhakesh Kurana, Dean of Havard College
- Â Ajay Banga, CEO Master Card
- Anshu Jain, co-CEO of Germany’s Deutsche Bank
