Although BBM is currently available for download on iOS and Android (as well as Nokia X); it has yet to arrive on WP. However according to John Chen (blackberry’s new CEO), BBM for WP should land within Q2 of the fiscal year:

Chen reiterated that BBM will be coming to Windows Phone, targeted for fiscal Q2. It’s also on the Nokia X forked Android software platform — and will be pre-loaded on Nokia devices in select markets, including some Lumia devices (once BBM comes to WP).

(Note: Q2 of the Fiscal year according to the US calendar ends on  31 March, however in Canada it ends in June).

It’s nice to see more messaging alternatives come to WP of course, although I personally haven’t seen anyone switch over to BBM from Whatsapp or others ever after it came to Android and iOS.
